FHA/VA/WDIR Inspections
FHA and VA home loans require buyers to contract a licensed professional to complete a home inspection prior to the loan being issued. This includes a thorough inspection of the exterior and crawlspace areas of a home for evidence of wood-destroying insects and organisms.
Following the inspection, Etheridge Pest Services will provide you with the completed forms required for your loan.
These types of inspections are not part of our free estimates.
Additional Information
The FHA/VA/WDIR inspection specifically checks for wood destroying insects, including live and active infestations, as well as signs of past infestations. This service can also be done during a refinance of a home.
You are provided with an NC Wood Destroying Insect Report within 48 hours of a completed inspection. This can be sent to you or directly to the lender.
